Go to /register and complete the three-step registration form. You will need to enter your Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and a password in Step 1. Step 2 asks for your full name (as it appears on your CNIC), date of birth, and city. Step 3 is a confirmation screen where you agree to the Terms and Conditions. The whole process takes under 60 seconds and your account is activated immediately — no waiting period. You can deposit and start playing as soon as you have registered at 2jbat.
Yes, completely free. There are no sign-up fees, monthly charges, or hidden costs to create your 2jbat account. You only spend money when you voluntarily choose to make a deposit. Even after registering, browsing the game lobby is free — you only need to deposit when you want to start placing real-money bets.
You must be 18 years of age or older to register and play at 2jbat. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions. Age is verified as part of our standard KYC process before your first withdrawal is processed. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 is closed immediately and all deposits are returned to the original payment method.
No. 2jbat operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Registering multiple accounts — under different mobile numbers, email addresses, or names — is a violation of our Terms and Conditions. All linked accounts will be closed and all balances, including bonuses and winnings, will be forfeited. If you already have a 2jbat account but cannot access it, contact support@2jbat.ws for assistance instead of creating a new one.
KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal. To complete it, log in to your 2jbat account and navigate to the Account Settings or Verification section. Upload a clear photograph or scan of your CNIC (front and back) and in some cases a selfie holding your CNIC. Documents can also be sent directly to support@2jbat.ws. Most verifications at 2jbat are completed within a few hours during business hours. Until KYC is complete, you can still play freely — only withdrawals are held pending verification.
Contact support@2jbat.ws to update your registered contact details. For security, updating a mobile number or email requires identity verification — our team will ask you to confirm your identity before making any changes. This protects your account from being taken over by someone else who has access to your old contact details.
Login & Password
Start by checking which login method you used when you registered — mobile number or email. Many players fail to log in simply because they are trying the wrong method. Make sure caps lock is off and that you are on the correct login tab. If everything looks right but login still fails, use the Forgot Password option on the login page to reset via SMS or email. If the issue persists after resetting, email support@2jbat.ws with your registered mobile number and our team will investigate.
Go to the 2jbat login page and click "Forgot password?" Enter your registered mobile number or email address and we will send a reset link or OTP within minutes. Follow the instructions to set a new password. Your new password should be at least 8 characters and different from your previous one. If you no longer have access to your registered contact details, email support@2jbat.ws for account recovery assistance.
Accounts are automatically locked for 30 minutes after a set number of failed login attempts to protect against unauthorised access. The lock lifts automatically after 30 minutes. Alternatively, completing a password reset through the Forgot Password process unlocks the account immediately. If your account has been locked for a different reason — such as a compliance hold or a responsible gaming request — you will have received a notification. Contact support@2jbat.ws for help in those cases.
On a personal device that only you use and that is secured with a PIN, fingerprint, or face lock, the Remember Me option is convenient and reasonably safe. Do not use it on shared devices, family phones, or borrowed computers. If you ever suspect someone else has accessed your 2jbat account, change your password immediately and contact support@2jbat.ws.
Deposits & PKR Payments
2jbat supports six payment methods — all widely used across Pakistan: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits at 2jbat are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), so there are no currency conversion fees. New payment methods are added periodically; check the deposit section in your account for the current list.
The minimum deposit at 2jbat is Rs 500. This applies to all payment methods — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard. There is no maximum single deposit limit set by 2jbat for most payment methods, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may have their own transaction limits.
2jbat does not charge any fees on deposits made into your account. The full amount you deposit is credited to your playable balance. In some cases, your payment provider (such as your bank or mobile wallet) may charge a small transaction fee on their end — this is outside our control. Check with your payment provider if you are unsure about their fees.
Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are typically instant or credited within a few minutes. IBFT bank transfers generally take between 15 minutes and a few hours, depending on the processing time of the originating bank. Visa/Mastercard deposits are usually credited within 5–10 minutes. If a deposit has not appeared after 2 hours, contact support@2jbat.ws with your transaction reference number and amount.
First, check the waiting times above for your payment method — IBFT transfers can take a few hours. If the expected time has passed, take a screenshot of your payment confirmation (transaction ID, amount, date/time, and your mobile number or account), then email it to support@2jbat.ws. Our finance team will locate the transaction and credit your account manually. We resolve most of these cases within a couple of hours.
Withdrawals
Log in to your 2jbat account and go to the Withdraw section in your account dashboard. Select your preferred withdrawal method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, or Visa/Mastercard), enter the amount you want to withdraw, and confirm. Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts within 2 hours on average. First-time withdrawals require KYC verification to be completed before the funds can be released.
The minimum withdrawal at 2jbat is Rs 500. This applies across all supported withdrawal methods. There is no set maximum, though very large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification as a standard security procedure.
Verified accounts typically receive their withdrawals within 2 hours. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are usually the fastest. IBFT transfers to bank accounts may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing window — typically 2–6 hours within business hours. If your withdrawal has not arrived within 6 hours, contact support@2jbat.ws with the withdrawal reference from your transaction history.
Withdrawals can be declined for several reasons: KYC verification has not been completed, the account details provided do not match the verified account name, active bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met, or the withdrawal amount exceeds the available real-money balance (bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly until wagering requirements are met). If your withdrawal was declined, check your email for a notification from 2jbat explaining the reason, or contact support@2jbat.ws directly.
Bonuses & Promotions
Your welcome bonus is applied automatically to your first deposit — no bonus code is required. Register your 2jbat account, log in, and make your first deposit of at least Rs 500. The bonus will appear in your bonus balance within a few minutes. Make sure to read the wagering requirements before you start playing with the bonus, as these set out the conditions for converting bonus funds into withdrawable winnings.
Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be bet before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a wagering requirement of 20x on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you need to place a total of Rs 20,000 in bets before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering — slots typically contribute 100%, while some table games contribute less. No. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after meeting the wagering requirements can be withdrawn. Your real-money balance (deposited funds not part of a bonus) can be withdrawn at any time, subject to the standard verification requirements. The bonus balance and real-money balance are displayed separately in your 2jbat account dashboard.
Bonuses are usually credited automatically within a few minutes of the qualifying deposit landing. If your bonus has not appeared after 30 minutes, first check your bonus balance tab in your account dashboard — it may be there but not visible in the main balance view. VIP points at 2jbat have a 12-month activity period. If no real-money bets are placed on the account for 12 consecutive months, accumulated points may be reset. Accounts that remain active do not lose their points. If you are concerned about your points balance after a period of inactivity, contact support@2jbat.ws for a review of your account status.
VIP tiers at 2jbat are reviewed on a rolling basis. Extended periods of inactivity — typically 6 or more months without any real-money wagering activity — can result in a tier adjustment. Our team will process your request and confirm by return email, typically within a few hours. Self-exclusion at 2jbat is for a minimum of 6 months and cannot be reversed during that period — even if you contact us asking to reopen the account. This is a deliberate design to make the tool genuinely effective.
A cooling-off period is a temporary break from the 2jbat platform — from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this time, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. The account automatically reactivates at the end of the period. You do not need a reason to request one.
