2jbat Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 2jbat website at https://2jbat.ws, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager through our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. You also confirm that you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any 2jbat services. Your continued use of the 2jbat platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms apply to all users of the 2jbat platform regardless of device, access method, or geographic location. References to "2jbat" throughout this document refer to the platform operated by 2jbat Entertainment Ltd.

2. Eligibility to Register and Play

To create and use an account at 2jbat, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account is active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 2jbat does not permit minors to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity under any circumstances.
• You must be acting as an individual, on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gaming platforms is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether accessing 2jbat is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the 2jbat platform or had an account closed by us for a policy violation.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of any employee of 2jbat or any company associated with the provision of games on our platform.

2jbat reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be registered by minors will be closed immediately and any funds held will be subject to our standard verification and forfeiture procedures.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account at 2jbat. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different phone numbers, different names, different email addresses, or any other method — is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all associated accounts will be suspended, all pending withdrawals will be frozen, and any bonus funds will be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information Required

When registering at 2jbat, you must provide accurate and current information including your full legal name, a valid phone number, and any other details we request. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure. 2jbat is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate registration details provided by the account holder.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

2jbat is required to carry out identity verification — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) checks — before processing withdrawal requests. Verification may also be triggered for large deposits or at any other point at our discretion. You will be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and, in some cases, proof of your payment method. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable time may result in suspension of your account and withholding of funds pending verification.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 2jbat login credentials. Do not share your password or account access with any other person. Any activity occurring under your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 2jbat support immediately at support@2jbat.ws. 2jbat will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

3.5 Account Closure by You

You may request the closure of your 2jbat account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out to your verified withdrawal method. Accounts with balances below this threshold may have those funds forfeited upon closure unless otherwise agreed in writing with our support team.

4. Deposits and Payments

2jbat accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All account balances are maintained and displayed in PKR. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

The minimum deposit at 2jbat is Rs 500. There is no standard maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though higher deposits may require additional verification. Deposits are typically credited to your 2jbat account within minutes of a successful transaction. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

2jbat does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility. 2jbat is not responsible for deposits that fail due to issues at your bank or payment provider's end.

By depositing funds at 2jbat, you confirm that the money you are depositing is your own, obtained through legal means, and is not the proceeds of any criminal activity. 2jbat takes financial crime compliance seriously and cooperates with relevant authorities where required.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals at 2jbat are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Verified accounts can expect withdrawals to be processed within two hours during operational hours. First-time withdrawals require full KYC verification and may take up to 24 hours.

5.2 Verification Requirement

Before any withdrawal is processed, 2jbat must be satisfied that your identity has been verified. If verification documents have not yet been submitted or are pending review, your withdrawal request will be held until verification is complete. Delays resulting from incomplete verification are not the responsibility of 2jbat.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Funds deposited and not yet wagered at least once may be subject to a review before withdrawal. Bonus funds must meet their specific wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — the conditions for each bonus are stated in the relevant promotion terms. Withdrawing funds used to claim a bonus without meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being removed from your balance.

5.4 Right to Refuse Withdrawal

2jbat reserves the right to refuse or delay any withdrawal request where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the account will be placed under review and we will inform the account holder of the situation to the extent permitted by our obligations.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

2jbat offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated in the relevant promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses at 2jbat are subject to wagering requirements — a minimum total bet amount that must be placed using the bonus funds before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for each bonus are clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.

6.3 One Bonus at a Time

Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses concurrently will result in the secondary bonus being removed from the account without compensation.

6.4 Abuse of Promotions

2jbat takes promotion integrity seriously. Using multiple accounts, coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures, placing hedging bets to artificially meet wagering requirements, or any other method designed to abuse promotional offers is strictly prohibited. Where promotion abuse is detected, all associated accounts will be suspended and all bonus funds and derived winnings will be forfeited.

6.5 Modification or Withdrawal of Offers

2jbat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to your account and you have begun wagering against it, the modification will not affect your ability to complete the existing wagering requirements under the terms in place at the time the bonus was credited.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and game wagers placed at 2jbat are subject to the specific rules of the game or market being played. These rules are available within each game interface and within the relevant section of the 2jbat website. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the rules before placing any bet.

2jbat uses certified random number generation for all RNG-based games. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by trained professional dealers according to industry-standard dealing procedures. The outcome of any game or bet cannot be influenced by any external system, player action outside the game itself, or by 2jbat staff.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If a technical error occurs during a game or bet placement and affects the outcome, 2jbat will investigate and resolve the matter in a fair manner — which may include voiding the affected wager and returning the stake. Decisions made by 2jbat in these situations are final.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 2jbat and constitute a serious breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account or assisting others in doing so.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the 2jbat platform in a way not expressly permitted.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or display faults to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in live game environments.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your 2jbat account to another person.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or disputed transactions with your payment provider in bad faith after a losing bet or after withdrawing funds.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing 2jbat staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the 2jbat platform from a jurisdiction where its use is prohibited, using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

2jbat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Activity on the account is fraudulent, involves collusion, or poses a financial risk to 2jbat or other players.
• The account holder is found to be ineligible — including being under 18 years of age.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitate account closure.
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with a zero balance (dormant account policy).

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 2jbat will communicate with the account holder regarding the suspension as quickly as circumstances allow. If an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed breach, any remaining balance may be retained by 2jbat in accordance with the specific breach and applicable policies. Where an account is closed and no breach is found, any positive balance will be returned to the account holder via their verified payment method.

10. Responsible Gaming

2jbat is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We provide the following tools to all registered players, accessible through your account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss limits — limit the total amount you can lose in a defined period.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2jbat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings arising from technical faults beyond our reasonable control.
• Interruption of service due to maintenance, third-party outages, or connectivity issues.
• Losses arising from your breach of these Terms.
• Any reliance on information published on the 2jbat website that turns out to be inaccurate or incomplete.

2jbat's total liability to any individual user for any claim arising out of the use of our platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
